This Privacy Policy sets out the use of personal data collected and processed via the website, accessible in particular at www.

All information requested from the client relates solely to the provision of accommodation and the personalisation of services with a view to ensuring their satisfaction.
Such data are strictly limited to the execution of the para-hotel contract and to any potential offers made within this exclusive framework.

The client has the right to access and rectify their personal data and may request their deletion at any time, where applicable.
The company collects the client’s consent at the time of booking.

  • “Personal Data”: means personal data as defined in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”), which are provided by the User to the Company or collected by the Company when using the Website, the Application and/or the Services.
  • “Website” or “Site”: means the interactive electronic service published and operated by the Company, accessible at www.medicis-immobilier-neuf.fr, through which access to its Products and Services is provided.
  • “Company” means Reverso 2023.
  • “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether by automated means.
  • “User”: means any natural person who accesses the Website for strictly private purposes.

When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, are collected to help us detect spam.
An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the site, we recommend avoiding images containing GPS EXIF data. Visitors to the site may download and extract location data from such images.

  • Partners responsible for concierge services,
  • Competent administrative or judicial authorities under French law,
  • Commercial partners of the Company.

If data are transmitted for electronic marketing purposes (email, SMS, etc.), prior consent must be obtained from the user. For postal or telephone prospecting (excluding automated calls), prior consent is not required. However, the user must be informed and given the opportunity to object easily and free of charge.

3.6 Data Retention Period

Personal Data may be retained for no more than 3 years from the last contact with the Company.

  • If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely to allow automatic recognition of subsequent comments.
  • For registered accounts (where applicable), we also store the Personal Data provided in the profile. All accounts may view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their identifier). Site administrators may also view and edit this information.

3.7 User Rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended in 2018, the User has the right, at any time and for legitimate reasons, to access, oppose, rectify and port their personal data.

The company collects and processes data with the utmost confidentiality and security and in compliance with applicable laws.
It undertakes to take all reasonable measures necessary to secure and protect user data processed via its website and services (including firewalls, physical access controls, access rights, etc.).

DISPUTE RESOLUTION RELATING TO DATA PROCESSING

In the event of a dispute between the Company and the User concerning the processing of Data, the User may lodge a complaint with the Company using the contact details set out in Article 1.2. The Company will endeavour to provide a satisfactory resolution to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

If the Company does not respond, or if the dispute persists, the User has the right, under the GDPR, to lodge a complaint with the CNIL or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State where they usually reside.
